Jousto* invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest. Delivery times and costs
Orders are shipped on weekdays, and products are sent within 1–3 days from the order confirmation.
The delivery time for warehouse products is usually 3–5 days. If the delivered products are special orders, the delivery time is usually at least 4–8 weeks. The delivery costs vary, based on delivery options, possible additional services, and order size. All delivery costs will be visible on the online store’s checkout page, before final order confirmation.
If the product goes missing or is damaged during delivery, the online store must be notified without hesitation and within 14 days. If the package has been damaged during delivery, the shipping company is to be notified without hesitation.
The products will be sent in a letter. Please take notice that letters are not traceable via Item ID codes.
Cancel and return policies

You can also cancel a delivered order. Customers are always entitled to a consumer protection -based return policy of 14 days. Please contact me via email before returning your order. The customer is responsible for the returned parcels delivery costs.

Damages and limitations of liability
Despite careful and appropriate packaging, the shipping company is not always able to deliver products, undamaged. If a parcel is damaged or goes missing, notify your pick-up point. Nenni & Friends is not responsible for damaged (possibly due to an accident in delivery) or missing items.
